We are pleased to welcome Warren Harris aka Hanna for the Short Attention Mix 048. Even though this live set runs just 25 minutes, it is packed with energy and feeling. Short, direct, and special — a snapshot of Hanna’s sound in the moment. Warren Harris, better known as Hanna, is a producer and multi-instrumentalist from Cleveland, Ohio. His music blends deep house, techno, and drum ’n’ bass with strong jazz influences, often using live instruments like guitar, bass, flute, and keys. Over the years he has released albums such as Severance, Scarlet Manifesto, Amen, and Contemplating Jazz, as well as many singles and EPs. He also teamed up with Dan Curtin under the project Key of Soul. Hanna is known for his deep, soulful, and textured sound that goes beyond standard dance-floor formulas. Hanna has titled his Live Set as Blijvend, and by his own explanation: Blijvend is a one-time performance created in real time — impossible to reproduce the same way twice. Floating loops, shifting drum motifs, and emotions unfolding with each change.
